ikea Complaint

not poor but NO customer satifaction - smadal cabinet

on may 23,2009 i purchased a cabinet from ikea -a store which is 200miles from myhome. i have always had very good luck with being able to assemble their products. however-upon completion of a remodel this week i tried to assemble this product and found pieces missing. they will NOT ship me the missing pieces(supposedly being too large) thus yielding my piece of furniture useless. therefore i spent over $300 for a product that will go into the trash bin. they have so kindly offered to supply the missing parts if i return to the store however being handicapped and miles away it is not a possibility. over the last few months i have spent a great deal of money there but i shall no longer shop there(much to my disappointment) and will do my best to let customers know what they are up against.
