not happy with direct tv - Awful Customer Service

I RECENTLY TERMINATED SERVICE WITH DIRECT TV .(THE REASON BEING FOR THREE YEARS I TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO NOT RECEIVE NFL TICKET, BUT WAS FORCED TO GET IT ANYWAY. YES I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST THREE YEARS, SINCE THEY WON'T LET YOU DROP A SPORT PACKAGE ON LINE.) NOW THEY HAVE THE GALL TO TAKE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT FOR SERVICES UN RENDERED, AND CHARGE ME FOR THE NFL TICKET ON TOP OF IT. THUS WHY I NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. NOR WOULD I EVER AGAIN.
