I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered on the 29 of Dec. 08. I got an email stating that they had been delivered. They were not. On Jan 2 09 My friend finally got a call from a bank in Winfield Ab that her flowers were there and to come and pick them up, The flowers were frozrn solid. I paid for delivery to their residence, they were not delivered.............. I have tried to contact Bloomex to get this resolved but to not avail. They do not answer my emails and I cant get throu on the phone. I wish I had read all the complaints about Bloomex before I order and paid for the flowers, I will NEVER EVER use this company again. I am not a happy camper with this company...........They take your money fast but do not give the service that is purchased.
