not a happy customer

i'm from mississauga ont. and I'm a very
disssatisfied customer of Bloomex and
i probably will never order or recommend
them at all to my friends and relatives-
the operator lacks the basic of customer
service which is courtesy and my flowers
were not the ones that i had ordered.I have left a message expressing my dissatisfaction but as of today still no
reply regarding flowers sent to my cancer-stricken sister. I'm here now in

calgary to visit her and hoping I can at
least speak to a staff personally..
very disappointed customer
