I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday I ordered 2 days ahead of time. Three days after her birthday she still hasn't received the flowers. Every time I try to talk to someone there they say they will get back to me as the need to talk to the production facility. I still haven't got an answer back. I am very upset with the way I have been treated and the fact that I didn't get the flowers out to my mom. I would not recommend using BLoomex ..

I wanted to thank you for your time and effort on this order and to let you know what my friend wrote about the bouquet you sent instead of the gerbera daisies that I had originally ordered: "Thank you sssssooooo much!! I'm grinning ear to ear as I write this email. I just received the most beautiful & LARGE bouquet from you guys... It has huge poppies & lilies. I love it :) Thank you : ) Nice way to end a long day in the OR." I think that her reaction ("LARGE") indicates that you went out of your way to please her. I understand that things were beyond your control and appreciate your efforts today. Thanks again, Kristine

The ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was in a timley manner. The recipient was very pleased with the floral arrangement.
