no sanwhich...wrong sandwhich...cold hashbrowns..what gives - bad manager/incorrect food

i went thru the drive thru of the mcd's up the street from my parents house. the first time i left the drive thru i was missing a breakfast sandwhich and got the wromg sandwhich at the same time. and on top of that by the time i got to my parents house my hashbrowns r cold. what gives?? this particular mcd's has been problems since they opened a few years ago. i have gotten either cold food or unfriendly service. does this actually reach who it NEEDS to reach???
