I have been trying to get aqua globe s for 2 months. First order never was processed and now the second one is taking forever due to no product in the warehouse. I have found the items in stores now and may cancel my order within the week if I do not get anywhere. I spoke to a person only once and now I can not get anyone on the phone. Maybe something will happen, but
beware of tv ads. I think I am done buying off the tv ads.

Got 6 of these for Christmas.. Snapped one in hard soil, before I found this thread. I replaced it, but still had the clogged tip issue. The globes I had thought were working, weren't! They basically overwatered my plant, and I got fungus gnats. 100s of tiny gnats were all over!!! Almost killed my peace lily. I HATE these, and wish Santa had NOT brought them!

It's probably better to buy in store...easier to return.
