they are the absolute worst.There website say they are good with customer service, ha ha ha try calling and getting a hold of someone,you can't because there scooters suck and everyone that buys one has problems,with it.It took me 250.00 at the shop tho get it going and that was right out of the box.

I absolutely agree with you about thier service........you can't call them, they rarely answer emails and when you did in contact with them they provide lousy service. They promise everything but deliver nothing! I sent my scooter engine back to them for repair and it sat thier for 2 months. When they finally fixed it they sent somebody else's engine back and kept mine.......THEY STOLE MY ENGINE! I'd like to start a class action suit against them.
