name changed,co still sucks

they decided 2 change this co name after the new management could not seem 2 generate sales.i brought a titanium frame from this co and i was told that by the old manager "francois" that my frame carried a one year warranty.six weeks later my frame broke so i returned and he was no longer w the company,so i asked about my warranty and the optician that was there "david'gave me the worst time that i have ever had purchasing anything in my life.he cahnged the broken piece only and my frame broke again so i david and told him he was so ude "you get one replacent only"and hung up the phone.the co sucks their frames are cheap and their personnel has no cus service skills..."free frame optical",they are free cause they are cheap,avoid this company they suck.....
