my original phone stopped working,i called tracfone .after a long wait i spoke to someone who walked me through a processto make sure the phone didnt work.they agreed to send a new phone .that phone didnt work either.i also paid 50.00 dollars for a card that would double my mins. each time i added mins.in the process of sending phones back and forth....i lost the 44mins. i had on the phone and they never added my double mins. ........so i wont spend anymore time on the phone with them .....i think ill just throw the phone away
