my experience with Verizon was frustrating amd expensive. There business model of promoting their new Fios service has promted them to hire inexperienced subcontractors that are poorly trained. after 3 months of inadequate service I cancelled my contract. Fios is only guaranteed for 10 feet from the wireless modem. what good is it if it only works in one room of your house? They don't mention this limitation in their rush to sign up customers. the tv signal froze every few hours and you would have to reboot the system to make it work. the only part of the service that works as promised was the old technology the telephone. It took 3 phone calls to cancel the contract. I would definelty avoid Verizon.
