0 I just finished my process thru Zap. They ended up using the private investors program for my condo in HuntingtonPark. They were able to lower my home from $308,000 to $160,000. They lowered my monthly payment from $2600 to $920 per month including my taxes. Overall I am very pleased to have worked with them. They just started to work on my brothers account as well. I hope things will work the same for him.
0 I didn't trust this company either, but a friend of a friend was using so i figure i would too. Lost $3,000.00 but it's better than losing $23,000.00 with the stupid attorney they gave us. We are just cutting our loss and selling our home in a short sell. What a weird company. I asked for a refund and they gave a weird excuse too.
