This company is not only monetarily bankrupt they are morally bankrupt also,i called to pay my bill over the phone and they cut my cable off because i threatened to switch to att u verse which i did and it's so much better and more cost efficient also,i was in the process of paying my bill when my tv went blank and then they said they wanted 35 to reconnect lol i guess bankruptcy brings new limits to the term scumbags lol then i canceled my payment and my acct. and called att immediately and have u verse for half of the price of charter and for that temporary cable that's been in my yard for 8 months i just cut it and i'll cut it every week until they bury it or i get my moneys worth this is the worst co. in the world no wonder they are bankrupt their employess are a close 2nd mentally bankrupt and paul allen the big cheese is rotten also they prey on people that can only get their service and none other
