misleading comments - mediamax/thelink up

Not all people's complaints are only about the lost data....the person who has left the last comment with the title: YOU DID IT, is either working for mediamax/the link up/ streamload or totally missing the point.

These are the real problems with this company:

1. So many customers are being charged and have been charged for the non- existing services during this so-called transition. You can see many complaints of this kind on http://tlublog.blogspot.com/

2. Almost all of these customers have spent many hours for creating URLs to the their websites and weblogs. With the files deleted or lost in the transition, those hard works are gone.

3. Many of these customers have been using this storage services to link to their work samples on line. It means the service was a support for their businesses....by creating this chaos mediamax/the link up has cause financial losses and business interruption to these customers.

4. NO WARNING was given to the customers about deleting/moving their files....as you see this was not an unforeseen act of nature...a company decided to change things on its own with no regard and respect for its customers time/ money/ data.

5. This company does not return its customers calls/emails. If this is a legitimate company and all the activities are legal, why don't they communicate with their customers??...what are they scared of?...this has been going on for at least two months now...please read their own blog to make sure what you read is correct.

And finally this company has a long history of ripping people off...just Google the names this company has used and see mad customers complaints dating back to early 2006.

Some of the customers have already started class action lawsuit against this company and many on line petition going on to BBB and other government bureaus.
