Like everyone I saw the commercial (it was on mute) and thought...is that mitch gaylord??? - HUGE crush as a kid. So i turned the volume on to hear what he was talking about. Ooooh an exercise program! Right up my alley. I've been in the thick of my own chubb for ... well my kid is almost six! So I called and got the mailing address. I never order with cc so i sent a money order. It took a while, but it came and I was like a little kid. I dont know about anyone else, but i am tired of being overweight and i'm not afraid to work. It took a lot of time putting it on and i KNOW it will take effort geting it off.

I listened to the motivational cd on my ipod while riding the train. THIS IS NO BS. If you're not ready. dont start!

3day melt off - DONE!!! I modified. I thought about what I used to look like. I bought the groceries and followed the meal plan. After not seeing me for 3 days my boyfriend says...you look like you're losing weight. :)

Does it hurt...yeah! if you've been sitting around on your butt for a couple years...your body is going to say...what are you doing to me!!!! but i know, and my body knows that I feel great. (after day 2 I said everything hurts but my face and my fingers) And I am so proud of myself.

One of the most important aspects is the meal plan. I'm sure i could order meals delivered from somewhere and drop weight. But with GMF I am being trained physically by an olympic champ...are you? I am learning how to grcery shop for myself in an entirely new way. I am learning how to cook healthy meals and eat healthy snacks. I'm learning how to eat breakfast!!! I'm not starving - actually sometimes the portions are a little too big.

The only thing that sucks is no wine and no chocolate. but it's only for 12 weeks... i carried a baby for 9 months - no biggie!!!

I have 79 days left and I know that i'm going to look gooooood! Theres no way I cant with this program. He works you for real so dont be a punk about it! Man up! Work your ass off - literally!

It's a lifestyle change, for the better. I want my little one to say...wow mom...you said you were going to do it and you did!

thanks mitch...i was such a fan back in the days...a 10 year old girl looking up to this amazing athlete. 20+ years later...he's helping me to achieve!!!!
