first when we pulled up to the speaker no one answered, finally we drove up to the window and still no one responded for a long time.they were clearly ignoring us!the person who served me was in a white shirt, who i assume to be the manager. we ordered 2 big mac meals and 20 piece chicken nuggets. when we got home both big macs had no meat in them just cheese and bread... there is no way possible that by mistake theyleft out the beef patties. how is it possible that both of the big macs were missing any meat? they are terrible service, they don't take this as a job but as a game. unless this problem is addressed and/or i am refunded my money i will no longer be coming to McDonald, this is unexceptionable!

When consumers want to complain, they should edit and proofread what they type. That way the McDonald's Corporation will take their complaints seriously.
