Have a 2nd day air delivery shipped on 12-26-08. it's 1-5-09 and still no delivery. checked status and called 4 times. no one has any answers. latest ck states ( unable to deliver on the 31 as the company was closed)... i am a residential customer!!! no company .. no attempt.. no service! ship FED EX.. THEY HAVE BEEM HERE 4X LAST WEEK.
