Stop trying to get something for nothing! Via Cristalina is a very good on-line Company with some of the best prices around, if it wasn't you would have never shopped there in the first place. Of corse there will be some delays once in a while from their dealers they buy from. They were nice enough to offer you a discount coupon for a future purchase. Just accept that and stop trying to get something for nothing. You telling them what you want extras/free stuff for your trouble is ridiculous and you should really just go on your merry way. Via Cristalina is a Great company with best prices and best packing and offer free shipping. So stop the bad mouthing the company and save your whining to your poor new husband.

"Johnny" must have a personal connection... why else would "Johnny" make a personal attack on a fellow customer. Hey, I get it, "Johnny" is really on of Via Cristalina's customer service reps... b/c "Johnny" sounds much like they do. ;)

This is NOT true, I've just had the WORST experience with them, and will never ever consider ordering from them again. My order was not processed, wasn't even looked at, then when it WAS looked at, the items I wanted were not available, and they were going to substitute without even notifying me! I canceled the order, requested a refund and have YET to see it. They say I have to wait a MONTH for it to post!!! Terrible service!!!

Looks like everyone who has reviewed this business other than you, has had a very bad experience. I would not call that whining, I would call that consistantly BAD.
