install CD - word 2007

Purchased a Lab top and program word 2007 , installed the program on the labtop , item stated if you have another computor you can install it on that one also.

Cannot install it on my home computor, have the key and etc. Called teck support and they state need to contact microsoft for the solution. So hard to contact someone in your customer service department. HELP
