i love this company - Digital Phone

i started using Vonage right after i started seeing ridiculous expenses on my Qwest phone bill. they sent me the free router and it took nothing to set it up. while using the system, my phone went dead one time, i called their customer service line and IMMEDIATELY got help. they resolved the issue and i went on using their service. the only problems i have had with Vonage has been because of the apartment's over-abused internet, not because of Vonage. great company, great prices. nothing beats FREE long distance calling in the us and Canada and excellent customer service.
