i dont eat burger king often but i got a taste for it so i went through the drive thru got a whopper and went home (i live about five min away) when i got there i sat down and unravled my whopper just to find out it was cold, and i dont mean it just wasnt warm, i mean it was COLD like i stuck it in the microwave for 30 sec and it was still cold and i have a really good micro so this is rediclous my advice is to skip the round lake bk and go to gurnee

What happens is that they take there buns from the freezer and let them sit. They toss your buger on the half frozen buns and they turn out like shit. I had the same thing happen to me and when i complained this is what they told me.
