i called in a prescription yesterday to be ready by the end of the day. Went in there at 11:20 am to pick it up and they couldn't even find the prescription at first. There were baskets of medicine sitting every where and it was total mass confusion going on behind the counter. While i waited 5 other people came in and they had the same problems with not being able to find anyones prescriptions. They just kept skipping from person to person never even bothering to tell those of us who had been waiting what was going on with ours. After 50 minutes of waiting and watching as 4 employees bumbled their way behind the counter confused beyond all means, for a prescription that was surpose to have been filled yesterday, i finally got my medicine without even an "i'm sorry for your wait or for the missunderstanding" they were completely rude and i for one will NEVER do business with their company again!!!
