i've always made my payments on-line anytime anywhere. so i go to the darn circuit city website to do so. cant find the link and my password dosnt work. WWOOOOOOWWW! called the 800 number talked to 3 people that didnt know what i was trying to do. simple little thing PAY MY BILL ONLINE!! >:/ slow customer service rep. had the NERVE to offer me paying over the phone for a fee $9 plus a charge of $15 because im in california and the stupid people are in the east coast they have a cut-off time apperantly STUPID STUPID PEOPLE. i cant wait to get ride of them and chase...
