horrible customer servic - ashley love seat and couch

I bought a whole home full of furniture from Ashley. When they delivered, Which they make you pay for what a joke they took huge gauges out of our newly remodled walls I flipped and their answer was we'll send a tecnician out next week next week are you shitting me. then once they got the stuf in the wall they were gonna be another two weeks to paint it holy crap im in a nightmare. them when our last delivery arrives we were gone and didn't notice that all four legs were broke yes all four. so here we go again the technician comes out and says we will have to shop new legs to you ups, I said bullshit I want a new table since the drawer is also broke and the front was dented, oh no we will only replace the parts and that's it. so at this point i'm so pissed I'm thinking of hitting him in the head with my broken 800 dollar table.
Long stry short people I will never and i mean nevefr spend another dime in Ashley and anyone I know i tell them the same hell I tell people I din't know.
