there is no dsl in my area and i was refered to time warner the installer had to call his supv who sent out two more installer.It took the three of them four hours to run the cable apx 100 feet and roadrunner which quit in 3 days and had to wait 3 days to get it repaired.after it happened again i called to have it removed,was given a date and tim which was 6 month ago as of today i am still waiting and with another service
