i am very unhappy and feel i have sought
to be exploited i am 77 years.Yesterday
oct 24 08 ,I left my haywaard pool sweep in to have a new springs put in.
and one new ruter put on. i ask the
prise and the manager look it up on the
computer and said it would be no charge.
to day i was called by a Rachel mullins
it would cost $179.00 dollars to fix it.
I went to pick it up ,. she was not very
courteous and sought to make me feel
cheap and kept saying its not free. I feel I was being taken ad vantage of or lied to , and then wanted $179.00

charge. This is my second pool sweep
i have purchased at this Longe Tree Antioch Ca.store plus other supplies The manger is very nice and always helpful , i feel he
meant what he said and this Rachel
was seeking to exploit me.the Manger was
not working today Fri 25 oct.08
she refused to look my account up on the computer or believe the Manger.
My Son was with me when I left the
pool sweeps when the manger said it
was free. I feel this Rachel Mullins does not need to be working for leslie

Also labor is free and thats probably what the manager was talking about. and if you are under warranty and have the proof to show it you wouldnt have been charged for the parts either.

I work for Leslies Pools and your Hayward Pool Vac has a one year warranty on the outside parts and 2 on the inside parts. Check your purchase date and parts they replaced and see if you can get your money back
