Where do i even begin. i got a David's Bridal account for my wedding. my mother wanted to pay for my dress, so each month i brought her the statements to pay for the charges on the account. we did so for several month. well, all our payment were always posted to the closest promotion expiration date before the interest kicked in. all of a sudden we noticed a $90 charge added as interest. i called the bank and after speaking to several different impossible to understand foreigners including a supervisor who had no idea what he was talking about. they blamed us and claimed we had to call a separate phone number and tell them where to apply our payments. well, we decided to give up on the crazy fight to save our $90 even though we had no problems with them applying our payments before. well then i forgot to give my mother the statement for february. thus missing a big $15 payment. at the 30 days i began receiving phone calls 4-6 times per day even sundays at 9 am! i explained what happened and when i got the next statement they would be paid for february and march. since then i am still recieving calls everyday 5 times per day. I mailed out the payment early last week. (the statement due date is not until march 29th) they are claiming they haven't recieved it (how convenient) and say they won't stop calling until they receive their payment! all of this over $15 dollars that isn't even 60 days late! i am a good payer on all of my bills. this is the first late payment they have ever received! are they that hard up for 15 bucks? really?!? oh and by the way none pf this would have happened if they had online banking available thru davids bridal which they said they don't! i just refuse to pay the $15 charge for payments over the phone, when that is all i owe for the month anyway!

Oh my gosh, I am currently going through a very similar situation, and also through David's Bridal. Not only is the website to pay online impossible to find and difficult to setup, and ever changing, they start calling you if you are even a DAY late on paying - GIVE ME A BREAK. I am going to report them for harrassment. I have excellent credit, never pay late on anything and yet I have these yahoo's calling me 10 times a day if my online pre-scheduled payment doesn't go through their system ontime. So frustrating. And they don't even have my correct records. So dispicable. They are going to get nailed one of these days by screwing with the wrong person. UGH.
