I feel that this is an awesome product. For those who complain about it i feel they do not know what to do and the computer scares them. Some programs on a persons computer effects how magic jack works,, like nero and roxio. Once ive uninstalled them not a problem. And for the people who need customer service,,, why??? this is really the easiest product to use.

Your comment about novice computer operators may prove you wrong. There are some serious QoS (quality of Service) issues that others are complaining about. Let us know in six months if you are as happy as now. For $20 a year anyone can put up with a little sound quality issue but when it is overwhelmingly bad sound that's when it's not worth it.
