i frequent a mcdonalds located at the corner of monroe rd and sardis rd in charlotte nc. i have personally had countless black hairs in my food, all has been during breakfast run. the manager on duty has been very apoligetic on each occasion, and has refunded my money or gotten me a new meal. i just left the location again today and noticed a family complaining about hairs in their food. i would think that this should have been taken care of by now.
