grossness all around

i try over and over again to give the mcdonalds in Moon Twp. Pa. a fighting chance to keep my business. However, they continue to make it impossible with their rude staff, horribly filthy bathrooms and kitchen and consist wrong orders. Also, I suspect an employee stole money from my purse back in the fall. I frequent the establishment several times a week, as they have a play area (equally as dirty) that my 3 year old loves and often asks to visit. I dont mind becasue he loves salad fruit and milk, so he does not have to eat unhealthy everyday.

How did they have access to your purse? Common sense says never leave your purse alone in a restaurant

just penny pinching bad management. if i was the store manager, i'd hire more crew for the kitchen, and free up other crew to do frequent cleaning. by policy, McDonalds has to clean bathrroms every 15 minutes, and dining area every 30 minutes. But of course when it is busy, all staff are working on front counter/kitchen

If it's filthy, that's your biggest sign that the McDonald's is mismannaged and not going to improve. And PS, don't let your 3 yo kid play on the filthy playground....geez!!
