Today I called Cheapoair and asked for their help with a double booking problem that I had. Sage, a C/S supervisor helped me for almost an hour as she called the airline and arranged for a full refund. Their name sound a little funky but they do serve their customers!! More...

We do appreciate your comments, and I am glad that Sage was able to assist you. If there are problems that are within our control we will try our best to resolve these issues. There are times customers create errors themselve and the outcome is not satisfactory, that is when we get the bad review!

We are customer service oriented, and have many employees who provide excellent service, and we staff always willing to help.

CheapOair.com has rigid refund rules even when the airlines refunds 100% of the ticket price back to CheapOair.com due to CANCELLED flight. When we asked for the refund, CheapOair told us not to email them anymore because there rule is no refunds, no matter what.
