Today I called Cheapoair and asked for their help with a double booking problem that I had. Sage, a C/S supervisor helped me for almost an hour as she called the airline and arranged for a full refund. Their name sound a little funky but they do serve their customers!!

CheapOair.com has rigid refund rules even when the airlines refunds 100% of the ticket price back to CheapOair.com due to CANCELLED flight. When we asked for the refund, CheapOair told us not to email them anymore because there rule is no refunds, no matter what.
