I had excellent service and a fantastic color and cut from Yvonne. Unfortunately, she left, and I could not make the trip to LA to where she went. I was seen by another stylist who I hope fixes this because only the very top part of my hair was colored dark while my bottom is still quite blonde (I am naturally blonde and get it dyed darker or in 3 shades. In the meantime, I have had to cancel my appointment with my client until this gets fixed. I like the salon because it is close by and quiet.

BE AWARE that when you read these posts sometimes they are just not true. First of all I am best friends with the salon manager and owner and cell phones are not even allowed in that salon. They also have a full time receptionist who HAS NEVER ignored anyone!!!! I know this not only because I have very good there and I use to work there. I now work in the medical field. Those intire statements about the cell phone and Angela stepping out of the salon are all against salon policy AND the salon manager works right night to the front desk AND there are 2 owners who are ALWAYS on. They alternate their schedule so that one of them is always there! And if the salon was that busy NO stylist would have stepped outside for ANYTHING. These are LIES from either a jealous competitor or an unhappy X-employee. Be careful what you believe!!!!!!!!
