J&K2 was solicited to install approximately 80sqft of granite countertop 102407. On the date of installation I asked the J&K2 to stop installation, i was not pleased with how the installation was looking. they assured me that the installation would be as i requested. Upon completion i was not at all pleased. The flow of the granite pattern went in all different directions. the cornercabinets was off center with the corner curve of the granite the sink was installed backwards there are gaps where the granite meet the appliances workers refused to leave materials as requested the size granite was not as negotiated the company pieced my kitchen together with remnants instead of slabs. the company absolutely refuses to work with the customer

It was the opposite for me. They completed everything that I have requested. My guests are awed by my lovely new kitchen and I am very satisfied. The kitchen looks very nice and its even better because of the cheaper price I paid. I am glad my friend had recommend me to J&K2.

did J&K make the necessary amends? Aslo, in general, are you pleased with the quality of the cabinets since it has been well over a year now? Has the installation and wood construction of cabinets held up? Have seams/joints of granite held up?
