good service but EXPENSIVE - Volvo Servicing

I know auto dealers are expensive, and I understand paying a premium for the confidence in their work, the name, etc. But beside the glossy lobby, the fish tank, and being able to sit in luxury cars when I wait, I can't say that I feel like an appreciated customer. Before Martin's Volvo was folded into Manhattan Auto Co., and I used to go there, they made me feel great with little things - coffee, internet stations, coupons for future services, reimburse my taxi receipts, etc. Now though, as part of the Auto Company there are none of those little perks. In NYC there aren't many options for mechanics, and Manhattan Auto Co takes advantage of that. I feel like my business is take it or leave it to them.
At the very least don't make me pay for the Starbucks self serve!
