I ordered goal achieving cds and books from "Jim Driscoll" at his " Goal Achievers " web site. He never delivered. I contacted him within the period to have my credit card payment stopped and he assured me that it was a simple mix up and the shipment was on its way. I went on vacation only to return with no shipment received. I contacted him again and he said he was out of the country and would take care of it personally. He never returned my calls or emails to any of his numers or email accounts. I was unable to get a refund due to the time frame. I trusted him. He is a fraud and should not be trusted. May 23,2008

the lady who posted this complaint, was sent her materials on 2 occassions. She insisted she still hadnt received it so i told her my manager would contact her in an hour to confirm her mailing address. She was fine with that yet when we hung up, she sent a very vulgar email to my manager. therefore, i told my manager not to call her back but to simply send her a refund for the $97.00. We sent her a Cashiers Check from Chase Bank made out to her on July 9th, 2008 and she has received and cashed it. She has been contacted and still has not removed this complaint.
