I received the worst services ever from Lowes.
I ordered 2 screen doors in May, 2008, and could not get installed. My last complaint was in August, 2008, when I asked to be paid for keeping the doors in my garage for 2 months.
The doors could not be installed b/c everything was not shipped, so I keep the doors in my garage.
I asked for 100.00 for my troubles in the form of a giftcard, and Lowes told me to get the install done first, then they will see if a giftcard was possible. I refused the install and had Lowes pickup the doors for a full refund and full install charges.
It's amazing Lowes would not trade a 100.00 giftcard for the cost of installation and the cost of doors of which they would make in the trade off.
Lowes rather lose a sale of about 1300.00, than to promise me a 100.00 giftcard.
