I recently purchased four gift certificates worth $100.00 in your Canton store and I expected to receive the $10.00 Kohls cash for every $50.00 that I spent. I was told it did not apply to gift cards. This is just wrong! I am spending my hard earned money at Kohls, and yet was refused a special offer that I felt I was truly entitled to. You can even get this offer online! The four persons that I bought these gift cards for will also come to your store to spend not only the gift card money buy probably some of their own.

I have spent my money at your store and porbably brought in more sales due to the gift cards. How can I not be eligible for the same thing that everyone else is getting? In these hard times you would think that you would especially want to retain current sales and generate new sales. I don't thing that you will acheive that goal with this policy.
I hope that you will do the right thing and allow me the $10.00 Kohls cash for each $50.00 that I have spent.

I understand what you are saying, but on the back of the Kohl's cash it does state that gift cards and KCK are excluded. This is not store by store, but corporate rules. Please do not get upset with employees because this is not our fault. You can try contacting corporate or start a petition to get them to change their policy. We minions have no control over it.

It's true. Kohl's cash is not earned buying giftcards and Kohl's cares for kids items. You see, Kohl's cash can be earned by making a purchase with a giftcard. So if you could earn them by buying giftcard, you could buy a $50 giftcard, then spend that giftcard and earn another $10 Kohl's cash...which Kohl's obviously doesn't want to happen.

What did the fine print of the offer say? Many companies do not allow extras with gift cards. Have you tried writing them? You might submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
