frustrated Pax closet - Pax closets

Ikea helped me design a closet, and one item was not in stock. Now after a month of checking stock for the closest store online, I am told they will not be restocking the item. I can not complete my closet and they will not ship the item or transfer the item from another store that still has it in stock. They won't take phone orders. I spent $3,300 and need to spend $200 more to complete but they won't help, keep getting canned replies.
