I ordered a pair of boots from this company, which charged my credit card even before emailing me that the boots were not in stock. I twice emailed them (waiting through two billing cycles) to complain that the credit hadn't shown up. They reported back that they were "updating" their charge system and would send me a check. When that didn't arrive after three weeks, I called them. I was on hold for 45 minutes before a human being answered. As soon as I gave her my order number and complaint, I was again put on hold; the line went dead shortly thereafter. I have yet to see my money.
