fraud is ok with citibank sears cards - Sears/citi bank credit card

After 6 months of trying to get citi bankj/sears to remove fraudulent charges we still have no results. It is ok to charge fraudulent amounts to your sears/ citibank credit cards because thery will drown you in paperwork, ask for the same information you have sent to them 3 times already, and in the end they don't act on your information. We had a company (worldwide grant university charge 6 differant amounts undert 6 differant company name totaling $240.00 and since march 2009 have tried without success to have them removed. Citibank/sears does not care if their customers get ripped off. They will not respond to any request to investigate fraud, remove frudulent charges and will hang up on you when they don't want to listen to your complaints any longer. I would recommend going anywhere else and you will get better service and maybe still haver money that you did not spend or authorise charges for.
