I ordered flowers for my wife on valentines day. The flowers came to her place of work at about 12:00 time. She was at lunch at the time. when she returned and saw these flowers and she was in shock how bad they looked when she brought them home they looked like something out of the adams family.So I called teleflora up and they said that they were sorry about the flowers and that they would give me a credit to my account.So I called up the local flower shop that delivered them and explained to them about the service I had received and she reply Ok did they give you your money back, I said yes she replied ok good bye. Now if I was a business owner I think that I would have been a little bite more concerned about my products.Now on top of all that I get a bill in the mail today on my jcpenney card a charge of 27.97 for shipping for these bad ugly looking flowers I think they should be ashamed of charging me shipping on something like this.
