at the walmart in green acers mall in valley stream, ny there need to be a whole new staff placed in the store. the employees i see are always hiding from customers in groups talking. when you ask if some one can help you they either act like they don,t hear you, walk aaway, or they don't know because they don't work in that section.
next, why do you need 4 people to put shampoo on a shelf while customers are looking for help. one day i was in the store and an employee was spray painting a shelf and fumes smelled all over the store while customers was shopping. customers was coughing and complaining but noone told the sales person to stop spraying the paint.
i stood at the photo counter usng the kodac photo machine. while i was using the machine there was 2 salesladies, one said i leaving because it's time for me to go home, the other one said well, i going to smoke me a cigerette and then come back and tell mr.???? i need my 15 min. break i don't give a f??? about customers. when i finish picking my photo i stood there 25 mins. and no one came back. another customer ask the cashier in electronics to call a manager and she said, her phone don't work. less then 2 mins. another employee came over and use the phone call for amanager, the customer said to the cashier i thought your phone did'nt work the cashier said " oh well ". I walk out the store and left my photos in the machine and that was after waing a total og 45 mins. with no help. i could go on and on and on...... i go into the store for 2 reasons 1. because i live in valley stream and 2. to see if there are any changes because i do speak to the "manager" if one is there.
