AC Delivers Complaint

failure to deliver

September 9th ac Delivers was charged with moving a piece of furniture from Pa to Southern California. An item was added on October 6th. I paid $1095 when the order was placed. First I was promised a delivery in November, then December. Now I am being given no specific delivery date. AC Delivers is not responding to calls. If you have had a similar problem with them please call me at 949 715 9839. Maybe jointly we can get them to act.

EVERYONE Ripped off by this company CONTACT me at fastflowingstreams@yahoo.com. I am a victim also.

Did you know they lost their interstate license in 2003, 2005 and on 23 Feb 09? They are experienced crooks.

I am also filing a complaint. I don't know what else we can do. I also don't know how to get my furniture back.

I filed a complaint with the Maine Attorney General's office. I spoke to them today (12/16/08) about similar complaints from other consumers. I asked them to investigate this company. A.C. Delivers has a "F" rating with Maine BBB and a poor rating with Angie's List. Hopefully, the Consumers Affairs office will take action.
