experience with UTS - Extended Warranty

I have a Nordic Track treadmill that is 8 years old. My extended warranty is from UTS and I have never had a problem with the company re: repair. I explain the problem, they order the parts which the rep. feels will fix the problem, and a local service tech comes to my house to repair the machine. If other parts need to be ordered the technician orders them. The only negative with the company is that you can be on hold for several minutes.

This must have been posted by someone who works for UTS. I've had the treadmill break three times in six years and each time it has been a nightmare dealing with this company

I have had similar positive experience with UTS. There have been 3 major repairs on my Nordic Trac treadmill in 8 years and they have covered everything without question. They send the parts to my home and when they arrive I call to schedule a service tech visit.
