everything messed up - online purchase

I tried to purchase a pair of shoes from simpleshoes.com
The item was in stock and I was supposed to receive the item within 7days or so. I got a confirmation of my order in my email account. After a week, I did not hear from them, so I decided to check on my order. On their website, it indicated that I do not have an outstanding order. So, I email their customer service. They also said they don't have my oder. THEY LOST MY ORDER. So I forwarded the original confirmation I got from them and they said, they will ship this out right away. Another week past and I have finally received the item, but IN WRONG COLOR. So, I called. They accused of me placing an order of the wrong color. and said I had to pay for the shipping cost to return this item. NO, I have the original confirmation indicating that I have ordered what I wanted. (which I will include in the return of the item, with the original order highlighted!) Finally, they decided that they will email me the free shipping label. (I have not received the email, yet though) It was such a hassle!! for a small purchase. It should not be difficult like this!!!
