everyone playing around there is no speed of service managers are not in the restaurants - Whopper

i went with my wife and kids to burger king restaurant located at 5th ave and 86th street ,brooklyn ,new york.
we had to wait for 30 mintues to replace our order and when we order and waited for the food it took 15 minutes because the french fries wasnt ready that time and all the employes,and the 3 managers had a party in the back of the store .it was really bad experience to go to that burger king restaurant and eat there because the store was all dirty,and the iced tea was out of order.
