i signed up with atat internet services 3 months ago .the pricing is good but what isnt good is the customer service.. i started calling because i never received my rebate.. its been more than 6 weeks. everytime i call im literally a whole hour on the line back and forth.they can never seem to find my account..oh but they never 4 get to bill me every month...plus they never give me the answers im looking for.. i thought the customer was always right.. is this a scam or wat.. my first bill came up too 137.00 and thats just internet.. i paid that thinking i was going to receive my rebate.. they promised theyd do that... im just soo angry because i thought this was a good company but to tell u the truth it really sucks. i should of signed up with time warner.. hopefully i will once i cancel my atat services....
