I stumbled onto this review site, and I'm glad I did because I was just about to look up another series thru this site and reading just a sample of these reviews sounds exactly like what I've been through!! although I did get my dvds, some were scratched and yes it's
the quality that's really disappointed me...grainy and sometimes with network logos on the bottom of the screen!!!!
I was really looking forward to getting this series-and I was crushed, but at least I'm not alone. And yes I too had
waited on their customer service line for long periods of time...and the wait time was quite long. I never tried to contact to get the dvd's refunded or at least credit with viewable ones-I felt I got what I deserved...
