we bought a dryer from sears and the delivery men did not hook up the steam cleaner.that was the beginning of a long and painful time consuming experience. we called every number we could get, got passed from this one to that one.two men came out 3 different times and not one of them had any thing to connect it up with.we have called again and was told they would get back with us! now I ask you,is that any way to run a business?
